[1st Meeting] Implementation of Circular Economy in the Built Environment (CircularB) Shady Attia Shady Attia

The first meeting occurred on the 26th to 28th of April, 2023, in Skopje, Macedonia. Two intensive presentation days place as part of the CIRCULAR_B European Project workshop on Circularity in the Building Industry - the latest innovation and strategic action for a Circular Economy in Europe and beyond. Day three was dedicated to group meetings and the MC member's meetings.

We participated in Workgroup 3 this year regarding the evaluation and quantification of the ⭕ circularity of buildings. The #SustainableBuildingDesignLab is at 💚 heart of the circularity research through their members Muheeb Al-Obaidy and Shady Attia.

On top of that comes our participation in COST Action n a new Cost Action 21103 - Implementation of Circular Economy in the Built Environment (CircularB). A new project with international experts will develop a common international framework of a circularity rating tool with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on current Circular Economy construction best practices.

Finally, we decided to stop participating in this COST Action 21103 - Implementation of Circular Economy in the Built Environment (CircularB), which is expected to last until 2026. However, we wish all participants the best of luck. Action Website: https://lnkd.in/eC3a8iuK
