[Expertise] How to accelerate the financing of energy-efficient buildings in Egypt? BUILD_ME III

I have been invited as an external expert for the national kick-off workshop 🗒️executed on the 📅 15. March 2023 at the Intercontinental City Stars Hotel, Cairo, Egypt 🇪🇬. The Integrated Development Group, in partnership with Egyptian Housing and Building Research Center and Guidehouse Germany, kicked off the third phase in Egypt of their BUILD_ME project 🔎: Accelerating Zero Emission Building sector 🏢 ambitions in the 🌍 MENA region.

This 3rd phase will focus on the rollout of an Energy Performance Certificate ✅ (EPC) 🚦 for Egyptian buildings, 🏙️ benchmarking reference buildings, and the matchmaking between financial institutions and project developers.
