[Video] Open Source Coding
Open ๐, reproducible research includes sharing the raw data, codes, and ๐งพ programming scripts in open source. If you use ๐ Python, Java or Matlab to any other ๐งพ programming language, you can share it so that others can use it and cite or even continue its development and build on it. Open Code refers to author-generated code used in scientific research and made ๐ข publicly available under an Open Access license. The ๐งพ code can be made available via a linked ๐๏ธrepository or as supporting information. This video explains how to share your ๐งพ code via ๐ GitHub. GitHub is a code hosting platform for version control and collaboration. It lets you and others work together on projects from anywhere for software development and open-source coding.
