[Video] Round Robin Test
The 📍 round-robin test is an 🧪 experimental methodology to determine the reproducibility of a “process” where🥼 tests are performed independently multiple times. The results are analyzed 📈 statistically to assess their variability. The 📍 round-robin test is where several laboratories test identical samples of several test subjects to determine the precision of each reported parameter in a test method. A 📍 round-robin program is an analysis technique that uses the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) random effects model to assess a 🔬 measurement system.
During my conversation with Jacques Mertens from Peutz, he points out that the 'testing by another team' is, in fact, the core of a 📍 Round Robin study. Peutz is an independent consultancy in the field of acoustics, noise control, vibration technology, (urban) building physics, sustainable construction, wind and environmental technology, (fire) safety, and working conditions. After all, an identical 🧫 subject or test element is tested by a (preferably as large as possible) number of 🔬 laboratories, after which the results are mutually compared.
